  • How should I park if arriving by car?
    Please park your car for 10 minutes in front of the hotel, leave your luggage at the reception desk, and utilize nearby public parking spaces. The closest one is at Ischlerstraße 12, 5340 St. Gilgen, Austria, only 250 meters away. The largest parking area is at Mondseestraße 19, 5340 St. Gilgen, Austria, about 350 meters from the hotel.
  • What facilities are available for guests arriving by bike?
    We offer a secure, free-of-charge bicycle parking area behind the hotel. Additionally, for e-bike users, we provide a charging station.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 14:00h until 18:00h, and check-out is until 11:00h. The reception desk operates from 8:00 a.m. until 18:00h.
  • What should I do if I plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m.?
    If arriving late, please inform us via email at info@hotelradetzky.at. We will either wait for you or place your room key in our outside safe after 6 p.m. for flexible arrival.
  • Is there an elevator in the hotel?
    No, please note that our hotel is spread across three floors and does not have an elevator.
